BetaDen, Worcestershire’s first ever commercial tech accelerator, have launched a new ‘Tech Talk’ series designed to bring together the manufacturing footprint of the county with innovation leaders, with the aim to support technologists working in companies across the county.
The brand-new series for 2019 will focus on the key sectors that thrive within Worcestershire: Advanced Manufacturing, AgriTech and Cyber Security. The series is set to stimulate sharing of information, knowledge transfer and topical discussion with the vision to support ideas, growth and productivity within the county.
The series has been developed to offer something new in Worcestershire, content that offers less of the ‘talked at’ model and more of knowledge sharing and networking with like-minded individuals working in similar environments.
The next event in the series is: AgriTech and Machine Learning. How does the use of technology and automated processes in agriculture, horticulture and aquaculture aid with improving yield, efficiency and profitability?
Taking place from 5pm-7pm on 21 February and hosted by Pershore College, BetaDen are offering 25 free places to those who would like to attend and network with those using similar technologies. The session will be facilitated by representatives from the BetaDen cohort and leading AgriTech expert.
