The Cyber Essentials certificate was recently launched by HM Government as a baseline standard of minimum cyber hygiene for SMEs in the UK. An increasing number of organisations are now insisting that their supply chain achieve this standard before offering contracts or partnering and it is now a standard question in many procurement applications.
