Junior Internship Programme

The Junior Internship Programme (JIP) is entering its second year following the pilot project last year which helped 14 students from Worcester Sixth Form and Heart of Worcestershire College by providing the opportunity to be linked to a Worcestershire employer for the 2 year programme.  During this time, each student is matched with an employer where the student can then spend 2 weeks of work experience each year (4 weeks in total) together with receiving monthly mentoring provided by that employer.

Recruitment is currently underway for a 2nd cohort of Junior Interns during the Autumn term.
