Our trainers are exceptional, many with a background in the Armed Forces with specialist experience spanning defence to corporate services.

We also have Level 5 programmes accredited by Ofqual and delivered in partnership with the Open College Network. These courses are designed to help people gain a recognised qualification to help them into the telecommunications industry including school leavers.  We are a City and Guilds centre authorised to deliver qualifications on planning, designing and installing fibre optic networks.

Our non-military customers also include such corporate giants as Arqiva, Ericsson, Siemens, BAe, Network Rail and others Our aim is to design and deliver bespoke programmes that solve business challenges and performance issues that are having a negative financial impact. We consider ourselves as a solution provider that works closely in partnership with our customers at a strategic level – we want to understand their business objectives to ensure we improve profitability.

Our military customers include the Royal Corps of Signals and the Royal Logistic Corps for whom we deliver Continuous Professional Development training as part of career progression training.

As part of your Junior Internship Programme with Ubi-Tech you can expect to experience to learn about the importance of our markets and how we develop ongoing business with current customers and also how we generate and instigate new customers.  We will involve you with problem solving exercises and where appropriate will involve you in business meetings where you will be asked to take notes from the meeting.  We will talk to you about the importance of image, personal presentation and the importance of making a good first impression and punctuality.
