Worcestershire LEP is responsible for over €68m of EU programme which provides specific grant funding to support businesses and training with a focus on moving individuals into work.
The Worcestershire LEP Area European Structural Investment Fund (ESIF) Sub Committee, which was established in January 2015, is responsible for delivering the WLEP’s ESIF Strategy and steers the EU funding allocated to Worcestershire.

The Sub Committee comprises representatives from voluntary, business and public sectors and provides local insights and expertise on all potential schemes and projects being considered.

Funding is advertised nationally by Government and the WLEP is keen for robust projects to come forward and take advantage of additional funding on offer.
