Description – The scheme objectives are to reduce congestion and delays on all 4 arms of the existing Hoobrook roundabout, resulting in overall journey time reduction for people utilising the junction. An additional objective is to improve the junction for pedestrians and cyclists who need to access the local businesses safely.
