Worcestershire organisations are being reminded that they can access free business support through Worcestershire Business Central, before the end of March.
The first of the two programmes is the Specialist Business Advisers programme. This support is providing businesses with FREE expert advice on key business challenges in a 1-1 format with some larger virtual events also available.
The scheme has selected numerous specialist advisers who are able to lead on a particular business challenge or area of expert knowledge. The specialist business advisers and the areas they cover are as follows:
- Marketing – Citizen Communications
- Adoption of Technology – borwell
- Access to Finance – Perrigo Consultants
- Sustainability – Shrewsbury Business Consulting
- General business support – Blue Orchid
There is no eligibility criteria for businesses to meet in order to access the programme as both large and small employers across the county are encouraged to sign up. Support through the scheme is limited and businesses are encouraged to apply for the programme as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
To find out more on the programme please visit the Worcestershire Business Central Website for the full details.
The second support offer is around EU Transition guidance and advice.
Worcestershire Business Central have partnered up with the rest of the West Midlands Growth Hubs to work together to provide businesses with access to free advice following the end of the transition period and the UK’s exit from the EU.
A dedicated website has been created and a series of clinic based support events have also been prepared to help provide businesses with the answers and guidance they need. Worcestershire Business Central have expanded this support to the Worcestershire business community so that they can access the support for free.
