Local businesses are invited to attend Herefordshire and Worcestershire Group Training Association’s (HWGTA) new training centre for free taster training courses in Worcester.
HWGTA are providing a range of free taster training courses which they are delivering at their new Centre over the next 2 months
Last year HWGTA celebrated fifty years of working with large and small businesses in Herefordshire and Worcestershire. As a ‘not for profit’ organisation, their purpose is still to serve local businesses by recruiting, training and supporting apprentices but also to offer top quality/cost-effective training. All profits raised goes back into the Charity for the good of the apprentices and the businesses they work with.
Some of the more popular free taster training courses will be on the following: Management & Leadership, Teacher Training, First Aid, IT, Quality Management: ISO 9001 and 14001 plus Internal Auditor and Quality Management courses and also Health and Safety courses.
In 2016, HWGTA were awarded the Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ status (the highest grade) confirming that the quality of their training is of the highest national standard. As well as running ‘public’ courses at their centres in Hereford and Worcester they can also deliver all these courses at your location.
2018 sees HWGTA continue to expand their range of training to individuals and businesses through providing a broader range of courses, use of psychometric tests and also better coaching. Businesses can receive a one-off training day or a programme of training for 2018.
