Help Shape the Future of Workforce Health Support

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Keep Britain Working Policy team is working to understand the impact of sickness absence on local employers.

This is a great opportunity for Worcestershire businesses to ensure that local businesses are heard, helping to inform national thinking on workplace health and economic inactivity.

We are inviting employers to take part in a short survey exploring sickness absence, its causes and the challenges organisations face in supporting employees to remain in work. The findings will help build a stronger evidence base, inform future support for businesses and contribute to wider discussions on how employers can play a role in improving workforce health and reducing economic inactivity.

The survey takes just a few minutes to complete, and your insight will make a valuable contribution to both local and national policy development. The deadline to take part in the survey is Saturday 31 October at 5pm.

By sharing your experience, you’ll help shape the support employers need to build healthier, more resilient workforces across Worcestershire and beyond.
