Over the past year, one emergency food parcel has been distributed every 11 seconds across the UK. The demand for foodbanks continues to rise, with no sign of slowing down. While Christmas is a time of joy and celebration for many, for others it brings stress, uncertainty, and difficult choices. The pressure to take children to festive activities, visit Santa, buy presents, and still ensure there’s enough food on the table can be overwhelming. Many parents go without meals themselves just to afford a small gift or a box of chocolates for their little ones.
To address this issue, ISO consultants, ISO Quality Services (ISO QSL), launched their Bingo Box campaign for the 8th consecutive year. The initiative encourages companies across Worcestershire to come together to ensure that everyone has the Christmas they deserve.
This year, the Bingo Box Challenge has been one of the most successful to date, with over 25 companies stepping up to contribute. Donations included Bingo Boxes, supermarket vouchers, and financial contributions, each making a meaningful difference to families in need.
The generosity of the local business community was clear to see. With donations overflowing ISO QSL’s reception, the team sought extra support to deliver everything to Worcester Foodbank in time for Christmas. Spin UK Ltd. kindly lent their van, ensuring that every donation reached those who needed it most.
ISO QSL would like to thank every company and individual who accepted the challenge this year. The support has made a real difference, helping to make Christmas a little brighter and easier for families across the county.
