Local businesses are being invited to register for the Incrementum business scale up programme.
Worcestershire LEP is working with Worcestershire Business Central, Scale Up Institute and the University of Worcester to deliver a series of one day events that will help businesses to grow.
Incrementum, Worcestershire’s business scale up programme, has been designed using the latest academic business growth thinking and will be delivered by world-class international and national experts in entrepreneurial learning. For those small business leaders selected to participate, the core of the programme is a high quality, practically-focused business and management education, delivered over 100 hours through a blend of online and in-person residential sessions.
The Incrementum programme includes:
- Six one day sessions with a group of 20 like minded entrepreneurs
- Personalised teaching through online learning environment
- Mentoring provided through WLEP partners
- Exclusive Networking Events in conjunction with existing events
- Sector Dynamics Sessions with smaller groups
- Adhoc Training Needs
The programme is designed to cover some of the common issues which surround a business when trying to grow.
Each session is developed over one day with pre and post session material available on the University of Worcester’s virtual learning environment (VLE). During the programme every delegate develops a customised business Growth Plan to direct their organisation’s strategy and expansion.
The success of the incrementum is contributed to the right balance of formal learning, mentoring, and peer-to-peer support.
