The team at ISO Quality Services is celebrating a record year in which it reached a very special milestone. Following its MD, Jennifer Semini’s participation in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme, the firm achieved a million pound turnover for the first time.
The Worcester based management consultancy firm, started in 2000, is a true family business. Founded by Peter Appleton and his wife Susan, it is now run on a day-to-day basis by their two daughters, Jennifer Semini and Debbie Farr.
To mark the occasion, Jennifer and her team have decided to ‘pay it back.’ She comments, “The support I received during the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme was invaluable yet it was completely free. So, we decided to celebrate this milestone achievement by giving away five free days of ISO consultancy to charities to help them achieve their goals.”
She continues, “Each charity will enjoy an onsite visit from an experienced ISO Quality Services Ltd consultant who will bring with them a wealth of knowledge. Whether they are looking to better understand the needs of users, deliver a more consistent quality of service or ensure their confidential information is held securely, we’ll be able to provide guidance and support. We hope that their businesses will feel the benefit of our support as strongly as we have felt the benefits of being on the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme.”
Two places have already been snapped up but readers can nominate a charity to receive one of the three remaining quality or information security consultancy days by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
