40 attendees gathered for the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce’s Worcester Women’s Business Forum, in association with Bishop Fleming.
The event was held on Wednesday 15 January at the picturesque Pensons at the Netherwood Estate where guests had the opportunity to engage in networking over tea, coffee and brunch, and were then welcomed by Sharon Smith, CEO of Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce.
Inspiring motivational talks were given by Wendy Andrews, VAT Director at Bishop Fleming, Emma May White, from Real World Coaching who held an interactive goal setting session for 2020, Peta Darnley, Owner of Pensons at the Netherwood Estate, who talked through her journey from working in media to growing her husband’s family business and finally Nicola Whiting, Chief Strategy Officer at Titania who talked through her journey to success and her recent naming in the Queens New Year’s Honours list.
The event was closed with another networking opportunity event and the chance to tour the beautiful venue.
This popular event always provides lots of added value to attendees. Each event is aimed at business people from across Worcestershire, not exclusively to women, and is held at family friendly hours to allow attendees that have children the chance to join fellow business people for an informative event.
The next event will be held on Thursday 30 April. If you would like to attend this event, contact the HW Chamber events team by phoning 01905 673612 or emailing email@example.com
