New Office Space Launched in Worcestershire

Friday 6 October saw the launch of Open Space Business Centre, a brand new serviced office facility located by the 3 counties showground in Malvern.

The facility was officially opened by West Worcestershire MP, Harriet Baldwin, and saw 90+ local business guests join the Open Space team for refreshments and tours in the afternoon.

The development of the fully refurbished high-quality space has been warmly welcomed by the county. It helps to further open up Malvern by providing necessary growing space for both existing local businesses and to attract new business into the area.

The new Business Centre has been launched by Sarah Stewart, who already runs a meeting room facility on the other side of Malvern.

Sarah opened Open Space Meeting Rooms two and a half years ago and as the popularity of the meeting rooms grew Sarah started to receive requests for office space too. She subsequently opened up a couple of rooms as serviced offices and hasn’t looked back since.

Sarah commented: “At Open Space we want to create the perfect space for businesses to thrive and to grow, which is why we have taken the step to open a dedicated office facility alongside our popular meeting rooms. Malvern is a fantastic place to work and live and by providing great quality office space we can keep our local businesses local and bring new businesses to the area.”

The offices are fully furnished which is great for new businesses and for those businesses that need flexibility.

One of the facility tenants, Amanda Woods from Frodshams Solicitors, commented: “Open Space allows us to run our business without spending our time on the practicalities of running an office.”

Open Space’s model for office space is flexible and fully serviced meaning they provide everything for their tenants from furniture and parking to 100/100Mb lease line internet. They aim to provide a level of service to businesses at any stage; from virtual office for home workers, desk space for those that are growing and private offices for those that need a professional space.
