New support programme for green installers based in Worcestershire

Businesses can network, share information and receive the latest sector news and updates following the launch of the Worcestershire Energy Efficiency Supply Chain Support project.

The programme – run by the Energy Saving Trust on behalf of Worcestershire County Council – provides grant funding to businesses operating in the County for the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) and Publically Available Specification (PAS) 2030 certifications.

The programme launches with two informative webinars in January, run by one of the Energy Saving Trust’s technical experts and specifically aimed at those who are new to the sector, interested in diversifying, or would like to learn more about the technologies, incentives and markets they work with.

The following links are available to find out more about the webinars:
20th January: Introduction to Domestic Renewable Heat Technologies (Webinar)
26th January: Introduction to Domestic Renewable Electricity Technologies (Webinar)

Businesses are being encouraged to register in advance as places are limited to enable participants to interact with the trainer.
