Online Career tool launched for Worcestershire

Local schools, young people and parents are encouraged to visit Worcestershire’s new careers advice and guidance website, Skills4Worcestershire.

The new website has been developed to provide innovative online career support. The first of its kind in the UK, it provides all the information a young person will need to map out their career pathway. Content is uploaded to the website and allows young people to find out more about CV writing, Apprenticeship opportunities, high education opportunities along with much more.

The Skills4Worcestershire website has been focused on Worcestershire’s key growth sectors and it highlights the qualifications, work experience and the skills required for different positions in many different industries. The website also signposts users to useful resources, employability advice and important careers information relating to Worcestershire’s economy.

Advice for businesses on how they can get involved with the ‘Creating our Future Workforce’ and ‘Worcestershire Enterprise Adviser Network’ is also available on the new website.
