Success for two Worcestershire businesses in 2024 King’s Awards for Enterprise

Two Worcestershire businesses have been announced as winners in The King’s Awards for Enterprise 2024.

The Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) would like to congratulate OOSC Clothing Limited and Slicker Recycling Limited who have all been named as winners in this years King’s Awards for Enterprise for their International Trade success.

OOSC Clothing Limited, are a sustainable activewear brand based in Worcester. All of their products are sustainable; they make the majority of their clothing from recycled polyester sourced from recycled plastic bottles they also use organic cotton in all of their soft goods. The King’s Award for Enterprise is the most prestigious awards for UK business, designed to recognise and encourage outstanding achievements in the fields of Innovation, International Trade, Sustainable Development and Promoting Opportunity (through social mobility).

The King’s Award scheme (previously the Queen’s Award) was instituted by Royal Warrant in 1965 and the first Awards were made in 1966.
