Survey: How digital marketing research is supporting small tourism businesses

Visit Worcestershire and Bournemouth University are encouraging tourism businesses to take part in a voluntary survey.

People are increasingly using mobile and digital technology to plan their holidays, trips and accommodation. The investment of time and effort into digital technology is not always repaid and many small tourism businesses would like more information about what works and in what context.

The results of this research will enable you to compare your digital marketing to other local businesses. In addition, when you have completed the survey, you have the option to receive a copy of the first-hand, original results by providing your contact details.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and you can return to the survey at anytime by clicking on the ‘Finish later’ link at the bottom of the page and a link will be given that can be bookmarked or emailed to you.

All responses are anonymous, will be treated with complete confidentiality and will only be used for the research project.
