Following a year down due to Covid-19 Worcestershire’s biggest dedicated business exhibition returns for its seventh year on Thursday 23 September 2021. The venue is Sixways Stadium, Worcester, the home of the Worcester Warriors.
The event organiser, Stuart Allen of Worcestershire Enterprise Limited told us, “We have over seventy confirmed exhibitors and pre-registrations for free visitor tickets is the highest we have ever had. These are clear indications that the Worcestershire business community is more than ready to get back to live events.”
The exhibition will feature a myriad of business sectors reflecting the diverse nature of enterprise and entrepreneurship in the County. “Expect the unexpected!” Is Stuart Allen’s message to visitors.
There are three separate networking events throughout the day, a breakfast, brunch and lunch, all organised by BoB Clubs. Places need to be booked in advance via the event website.
Bromsgrove’s wonderful Primrose Hospice is The Festival of Business charity for 2021. They will receive a minimum donation of £500 to help with their work.
Worcestershire LEP and Growth Hub are delighted to be sponsoring and exhibiting at the event again.
Gary Woodman, Chief Executive of Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership added, ” We are pleased to be supporting the Worcestershire Festival of Business. The last 18 months have provided some real challenges for businesses and events like the Festival of Business provide a great opportunity to get businesses together again to build new connections.
“The LEP and Growth Hub teams will be there to help businesses interested in accessing some of the support schemes and fund available. I would strongly encourage any businesses in attendance to speak with the team to find out more.”
The Worcestershire Festival of Business exhibition is open to the public from 9am to 2.30pm and admission and parking are free. You can pre-register via Eventbrite or register on arrival. In line with current Government guidelines Covid-19 protocols will be in place at the event, for the safety of staff, exhibitors and visitors. The organisers ask that people feeling unwell or displaying any symptoms do not attend.
