The LEP has a vacancy for an Executive Assistant.
Based at our offices in Worcester, the role is primarily to provide a comprehensive support service to the LEP management team. Key responsibilities include: minute taking, preparation of paperwork for Board and other meetings, dealing with telephone calls and correspondence in the absence of the CEO, diary management, responsibility for the organisation of the LEP’s calendar of events, preparation of Powerpoint presentations and central point of contact for general queries.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate experience in a similar support role and possess excellent organisational and time management skills. Effective communication skills are also required as you will be representing the LEP and the management team across the county, attending external events where appropriate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also a must.
