Worcester Firm Achieves Level Two of Worcestershire Works Well

ISO Quality Services are excited to announce that they have been accredited to Level Two of Worcestershire Works Well.

The Worcestershire Works Well initiative is designed to improve the health and wellbeing of employees, something ISO Quality Services are passionate about.

After achieving Level One in May, the team were keen to progress to Level Two, showing their commitment to their ethos of “looking after our people so they can continue to provide exceptional support to our clients”.

Since starting their journey, the Worcester based firm have introduced regular visits from a mental health nurse, a flexible working policy, healthy team lunches and mental health first aider training.  They continue to offer advice and support to their team on a variety of topics such as healthy eating, mental health and wellbeing, physical activity and health and safety.  This has included activities such as Chair Yoga and smoothie making as part of their Charity Pyjama and Smoothie Day.

The Worcestershire Works Well panel found that “health and wellbeing was strongly embedded within the workplace” and they were “impressed with the positive culture throughout the organisation”, the “fantastic response based on the needs of employees” and the “huge range of innovative initiatives”.

The panel were also “impressed with the approach to mental health including the support of the mental health nurse, employee engagement and reward, and team cohesion”.

ISO Quality Services are looking forward to continuing their work with the team, helping them to make healthier lifestyle choices and achieve a better work/life balance.
