Worcestershire Training Provider Association (WTPA) has achieved a Matrix Accreditation for the quality and provision of information advice and guidance service to local employers, schools, parents and young people.
The achievement was awarded through the Worcestershire Apprenticeships programme that WTPA deliver on behalf of the Worcestershire LEP. WTPA is the first Apprenticeship Hub to achieve this quality accreditation mark and the report concluded that Worcestershire Apprenticeships met all the requirements of the matrix Standard, by delivering a range of information, advice and signposting services to its clients.
The independent and impartial nature of the service was particularly valued, along with how responsive staff are to enquiries. Worcestershire Apprenticeship Hub is the ‘one stop shop’ for everything and anything to do with Apprenticeships in Worcestershire.
