Opening Doors & Venues, a North Worcestershire based specialist conference and event management company, are celebrating being voted as winners of Best Agency Conference Organiser at The ABPCO Excellence Awards last week in Brighton.
The Association of British Professional Conference Organisers (ABPCO) held its annual Excellence Awards on Friday 4th December at The Brighton Centre, to celebrate the very best the conference industry has to offer.
In September a shortlist was drawn up by a team of industry experts for three categories and on Friday at the awards, finalists shared a five minute presentation of their submission followed by peer voting.
Rose Padmore, PCO and Owner/Manager, Opening Doors & Venues, alongside colleague, Madalina Marincas, BA Event Management/MA Event Marketing, gave a lively and passionate presentation on ‘Great Expectations 2015’ – the first ever West Midlands School Leaders Annual Conference, held earlier this year in the Regent Centre of The Chateau Impney. Over 100 industry colleagues from across the country enjoyed their innovative and creative approach to marketing and programme development.
