Local Businesses are being invited to enter the 2019 Rural Business Awards.
The Rural Business Awards 2019 entries will be open until 7 June with the regional awards ceremonies taking place during October 2019, with the National Final for the 2019/20 entry round held in early 2020.
2019 will mark the Awards’ Fifth year of showcasing the success of businesses across the UK’s rural economy and for the first time, there will also be no entry fee to submit an entry for the Awards.
The awards are organised by rural business for rural business, with winners in the 11 categories – ranging from Best Rural Start-up and Outstanding Rural Diversification Project; through to Best Rural Professional Services Business and Best Rural Tourism Business. This is decided by an independent panel of judges drawn from the rural business sector, rural public sector agencies, and rural charitable organisations.
There are many benefits for businesses that take part in the Rural Business awards including receiving publicity and media attention, regional and national recognition, networking opportunities, as well as celebrating everything that’s great about rural Britain.
