Advance Worcestershire offers fully funded support to help established SMEs in Worcestershire innovate, scale and secure investment.
Advance Worcestershire is a programme designed for growth-focused businesses that are ready to move forward but may need expert guidance to overcome certain barriers, improve productivity, or adopt new ways of working to strengthen their investment proposition.
To be eligible, businesses must be based in Worcestershire and employ five or more people, have been trading for at least three years and be able to demonstrate growth ambition and potential outcomes.
The support for Advance Worcestershire is a two-phase journey, starting with a business diagnostic and action plan.
Businesses will receive at least six hours of one-to-one support with a specialist advisor to assess their current position, identify priorities and develop a bespoke plan that is aligned with their growth ambitions.
Eligible businesses with clear growth opportunities can then gain a further eight hours of intensive specialist support in one of the three key areas:
– Manufacturing
– Innovation
– Investment readiness
The tailored support offered can help Worcestershire businesses improve their processes, develop new products and services, strengthen their funding proposition and accelerate measurable improvements.
Advance Worcestershire also offers peer networking, workshops, masterclasses and wider business support.
